How we work
Market first
We base the study on what the market will actually pay, using our valuation data and field research.
Transparent model
You receive a model you can follow and update, not a black box.
Clear conclusion
We give a direct answer on viability and on what would make the project work better.
How a valuation works
Tell us about the task
Send us the property or company, the purpose and any documents you have. We confirm the scope, timing and fee in writing before we start.
Inspection and analysis
We inspect the asset, research the market and apply the methods that fit the purpose of the valuation.
Report and explanation
You receive a signed report in Georgian or English, and we walk you through how we reached the conclusion.
Frequently asked questions
How is a feasibility study different from a business plan?
A feasibility study independently tests whether a project is viable. A business plan describes how a chosen project will be carried out. We can prepare both.
Will banks accept the study?
We prepare studies in the form Georgian banks and international lenders expect, with clearly sourced assumptions.
Can you combine it with a land valuation?
Yes. For development projects we often value the site and test the scheme in one assignment.
