How we arrive at the value
Market approach
Prices of identical or similar assets on the new and second-hand markets, adjusted for age, condition and specification.
Cost approach
Replacement cost new, less depreciation for physical wear, technological obsolescence and economic factors.
Income approach
For intangible assets: relief from royalty, excess earnings and other income-based methods.
How a valuation works
Tell us about the task
Send us the property or company, the purpose and any documents you have. We confirm the scope, timing and fee in writing before we start.
Inspection and analysis
We inspect the asset, research the market and apply the methods that fit the purpose of the valuation.
Report and explanation
You receive a signed report in Georgian or English, and we walk you through how we reached the conclusion.
Frequently asked questions
Do you need to see every asset?
For collateral and IFRS valuations we inspect the assets and verify them against the client's register. For large fleets we agree a sampling approach in advance.
Can you value used or imported equipment?
Yes. We use international second-hand market data and adjust it for transport, customs and installation costs in Georgia.
Do you value intangible assets separately from the business?
Yes. Trademarks, software and customer relationships can be valued on their own, for example for a purchase price allocation or a licence agreement.
